Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of the items and standards of hygiene we regret to inform you that we cannot offer any refund or exchange on any of the Lingerie/Leggings/Outerwear products. We practice this policy for your wellbeing as it is never a good option to return a lingerie/leggings/outerwear after you try it. These products are - what you wear directly on your skin after all so, it might give rise to rashes and allergies which are contagious and that can get directly transmitted from one user to another. This is the only reason why we don't acknowledge any request for return or exchange of any product that has been sold once and delivered at your doorstep.
